Chloé’s fascination with words and stories started as soon as she learned the alphabet in kindergarten. After high school, she thought she might become a veterinarian, but she quickly realized that she didn’t want to turn her love of animals into a career and that her heart belonged to languages.

Chloé has been with SYM Communications full time since early 2021. She now thrives in a role that lets her pursue her passions for reading, writing, and anything to do with the French language. Her favourite translation challenges are texts that are technical in nature or deal with social issues. There’s nothing she enjoys more than putting on her detective’s hat to hunt down an obscure technical term for a piece of machinery the size of a dime.

When she isn’t in the mood to read, Chloé is a self-professed binge watcher and gamer. She spends the rest of her time taking care of her hyperactive dogs and her troublemaker cats.
